Shipping 
Suds & Harvest strives to deliver our soapy goodness as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. For in stock items, your order will be processed and will leave our facility within 72 hours of order acceptance. You will receive shipment notification once that occurs.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products. If you received the wrong item from your order we will be happy exchange it for you, as long as it has not been used or unsealed. If you're unhappy with our product in any way, please reach out so we can work to resolve.

Pickup Option
For customers wishing to pick their products up in DeForest, WI we are happy to oblige! The pickup address will be emailed to you when the order is ready. We will hold pick up orders for two weeks. If you have not collected your order or made other arrangements in that timeframe, we will consider the order abandoned. You will be refunded minus 5% to cover our transaction fees. We will not issue refunds for any limited release products.
